Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide pediatric outpatient therapy in 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, COTAs, Speech, PT, and ABA professionals to support each child’s goals.

You will gradually ramp up your caseload with supervision and mentorship in the first year, while maintaining a productivity target of 75% of the workweek.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric outpatient therapy with 30–60 minute sessions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team with OTs, COTAs, Speech, PT, and ABA professionals.
• Gradually ramp up caseload and workload with supervision and mentorship.
