Job summary

HTU in Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed COTA to provide pediatric outpatient therapy. You will deliver 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions and build strong relationships with children and their caregivers.

Join a multidisciplinary team with OTs, COTAs, Speech, PT, and ABA professionals. You will gradually ramp up your caseload with supervision and mentorship and strive for sustained productivity and professional growth through Woven's Clinical Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric outpatient therapy with 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions to build strong client and caregiver relationships.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, COTAs, Speech, PT, and ABA professionals.
• Gradually ramp up caseload and workload expectations during the first year with dedicated supervision and mentorship.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 75% of the workweek.
