Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• 2-5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient team collaborating with Speech, PT, and ABA.
• Conduct 30–60 minute one-on-one sessions to build strong client-caregiver relationships.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 75% of the week.

Education
