• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures quality and safe delivery of resident care.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and reports observations.
• Assists in direct resident care per care plan.
• Documents vitals, I&O, heights and weights as directed.
• Reports changes in resident status to staff nurse/nurse manager.
• Escorts residents to appointments and ensures forms are completed.
• Maintains clean, organized environment and supports ADLs.
