The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Florida, relevant certifications (IATA, ACLS, PALS, BLS), and 2–4 years in research or healthcare, including Phase 1 experience. Broward location; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Active Florida RN license or compact license.
• IATA certification within 3 months.
• ACLS within 3 months; PALS within 6 months; BLS active.
• 2-4 years of professional research or healthcare experience.
• 1-3 years of Phase 1 clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities to ensure studies follow protocol and SOPs within budget.
• Plan logistics for procedures per protocol and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and records; ensure staff currency.
• Provide protocol-specific training to study teams and hospital staff.
• Assist with developing and implementing SOPs and study workflows.
