Qualifications

• BSN and RN Licensure required, must maintain good standing throughout employment.
• 2-4 years of professional research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience with Phase 1 clinical research preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates team activities and ensures studies comply with protocols and regulations.
• Provides protocol-specific training to the research study team.
• Implements and assesses training programs to maintain staff skill proficiency.

Connaissances

Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRC, CCRP, CRA)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective organizational and project management skills

Experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or oncology

Formation

BSN – Bachelors of Science in Nursing

RN Licensure within the State of Florida

Outils

Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Database management tools and/or REDCap
