Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse, CTO to join the central research team. You will ensure studies run per protocol, SOPs, and sponsor requirements while coordinating training and data collection across the NCH-RI and hospital departments.

The role requires a BSN, Florida RN licensure, and 1–3 years Phase 1 experience; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Florida-based, with relocation considered, on-site position.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and Florida RN license in good standing.
• IATA shipping/transport of regulated materials certification within 3 months.
• AHA PALS certification within 6 months; maintain active BLS.
• 2–4 years of professional research or healthcare experience.
• 1–3 years of Phase 1 clinical research experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities to ensure studies follow protocol and regulations within budget.
• Plan logistics for procedures; identify risks and mitigate actions.
• Deliver protocol-specific training and maintain study documents.
• Collect, compile, and analyze clinical research data.
• Recruit participants and ensure regulatory compliance with agencies.
