Nicklaus Children's Hospital invites a Senior Research Nurse to join the central NCH-RI team. Reporting to the CTO Manager, you will coordinate study activities, ensure protocol adherence, and oversee training, data collection, and regulatory compliance for pediatric clinical trials.

You will collaborate with study teams, PIs, and hospital departments, develop education initiatives on research practices, manage study-related documentation, and help maintain high quality and patient safety

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and active RN licensure in Florida
• 1–3 years of Phase 1 clinical research experience
• Certification in clinical research (CCRC/CCRP/CRA) preferred
• ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications within required timelines
• Experience with data management and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee study activities to ensure protocol adherence and budget compliance
• Plan logistics for procedures and identify risk mitigation actions
• Deliver training materials and ensure staff proficiency and certification currency
• Manage data collection, analysis, and study reports for trials
• Support regulatory submissions and QA activities in line with SOPs and regulations
• Coordinate communication among PIs, study teams, and sponsor representatives
