Job summary

Carolina Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to lead and coach clinical staff for safe, efficient patient care. You will collaborate with pediatric providers, manage schedules, ensure proper supplies and equipment, and coordinate with external agencies to support quality care.

You will assist with clinical duties as needed, promote patient flow, and participate in staff development and orientation to maintain high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years medical office practice.
• SC Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current BLS

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach clinical staff in conjunction with the Pediatric Clinical Coordinator and providers.
• Maintain the clinical area, supplies, and equipment needed for patient care.
• Manage nursing schedule to meet practice needs and budgets.
• Assist with clinical duties and ensure timely patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers and nurses to identify needs and solutions to problems within the practice.
• Promote safe, quality clinical staff practice by applying CHC policy and procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies like DHEC and school districts.
• Mentor staff and support orientation for new staff and student nurses.
• Coordinate with Pediatric Coordinators to evaluate staff performance and training needs.
