Job summary

Rainbow Pediatrics in North Carolina is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead patient care across multiple sites. You will set standards, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage workflows to ensure high-quality pediatric services.

The role requires an active NC RN license, at least 5 years in pediatric or ambulatory care, and 2+ years in leadership. You will oversee staff, ensure documentation and OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and support a family-friendly patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric or ambulatory care setting.
• At least 2 years of lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day management of clinical patient experience including patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Coordinate with Patient Access to ensure seamless operations and scheduling.
• Lead communication with Clinical team and Providers to ensure family-friendly experiences.
• Manage and monitor records, training, leave, and OSHA/compliance standards.
• Oversee budgets and inventory for clinical supplies and vaccines across locations.
• Ensure policy compliance and ongoing staff development and coaching.
