Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related college courses or certificates preferable.
• Minimum of two years of administrative work experience, preferably in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with psychiatric professionals and assisting them as needed on a weekly basis.
• Keeping an organized calendar for all psychiatric appointments for Yavapai County children.
• Organizing psychiatric appointments and tasks that accompany these appointments.
• Receiving phone calls and assisting callers with questions, concerns, and new referrals.
• Organizing and maintaining calendars for intake specialists.
• Maintaining email inbox daily, replying as needed.
• Eligibility verification, tracking information, and data collection.
• Receiving, organizing, and tracking clinical records and documents that accompany referrals.
• Performing various functions electronically using our EMR system including data entry.
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
