Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a program and clinical coordination support professional to assist with coordination, documentation reviews, and administrative oversight across clinical and research activities. The role supports budgeting, records management, and reporting while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication with stakeholders.

A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for higher responsibilities.
• 1+ year of research, coordination or administrative experience required.
• 3+ years of research/coordination or administrative experience preferred in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track clinical, program or research activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for activities.
• Assist in review, editing and submission of documentation including grants and manuscripts.
• Maintain systems and reporting databases; generate program metrics.
• Provide administrative support including meetings, calendars, travel and minutes.
• Support budgets, reimbursements, invoices and financial reports.
