Job summary

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking personnel to support clinical research efforts under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and study team. This role covers participant enrollment, data collection and regulatory submissions to ensure adherence to IRB protocols and HIPAA requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior clinical research experience is valued, including at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous clinical research experience required.
• At least one year of clinical research experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IRB and human subject protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support in clinical research.
• Schedule patients/research participants.
• Screen participants for eligibility.
• Collect and enter data.
• Manage data and study records.
• Process laboratory samples.
• Ensure compliance with IRB, HIPAA, and study protocols.
• Assist with regulatory submissions (IRB).
• Coordinate study meetings.
