Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years program management experience; healthcare/academic environment preferred; 5 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in office software, data management, and accounting fundamentals; superior communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced program operations and develop policies, planning, and priorities.
• Allocate resources and infrastructure for program objectives and monitor progress.
• Coordinate program processes and goals, and promote growth and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee program operating budgets and related finance/billing functions.
• Develop and lead improvements in program metrics, tools, and reports.
• Support outreach, education, and advocacy efforts for the program.
• Facilitate committees, meetings, and events; serve as primary contact for sponsors.
• Assist in recruitment and training of program staff; identify staffing needs.
• Monitor progress toward key program indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
