Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I in the Pediatric Pharmacy Division. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use and provide comprehensive pharmacy services to pediatric patients.

Ideal candidates will have a Pharm. D. or BS degree, and completion of an ASHP accredited residency program is preferred. The position offers competitive benefits, career growth opportunities, and requires current licensure as a pharmacist in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification is desired.
• Previous clinical health-system experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe and effective use of medications during order review.
• Address clinical pharmacy questions and concerns.
• Complete therapeutic drug monitoring for high-risk medications.
