Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with Pharm D or BS degree.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist IA.
• PGY1 and PGY2 residencies are valued for total experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex clinical pharmacy services including medication order review and therapeutic assessment.
• Provide clinical support to patient care teams and serve as a resource for providers and nurses.
• Support onboarding and training of pharmacy staff and learners.
