Pediatrics Northwest is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinic operations across Gig Harbor, Federal Way, and Tacoma. The role focuses on safe, high‑quality pediatric care, staff leadership, and alignment with organizational goals.

The Clinical Manager will lead staffing, workflow optimization, compliance, budgeting, and patient‑centered service, partnering with leadership to drive improvements and ensure readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BSN required.
• Experience leading nursing teams and clinics.
• Knowledge of pediatric care guidelines and safety standards.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical workflows for efficient, high‑quality care.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling and productivity to meet demand.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct supervision and development of staff including RNs and MAs.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and budgets.
