Seattle Children's is seeking a registered nurse to collaborate with the Director, Clinical Director and physicians to manage and enhance patient care in the Medical Unit on a 24/7 basis. The role includes developing staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and future needs while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Required: graduation from an accredited nursing program and a BSN; a Master's may substitute for another bachelor's degree; minimum two years

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• A Master's degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
