Job summary

Greenwood Pediatrics, P.C. seeks a Pediatric Clinical Manager to lead nursing teams across three Denver-area locations. Requires 3+ years pediatric nursing and 2+ years of nursing management, plus Colorado RN licensure. Position requires frequent travel between Centennial, Littleton, and Parker.

This full-time role covers vaccine program oversight, staff supervision, inventory control, and interdepartmental collaboration to uphold high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Colorado-licensed RN with pediatric experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees vaccines for Children (VFC) program at all locations, including ordering, returns and tracking.
• Manages inventory and purchases clinical supplies for all locations.
• Supervises Clinical Coordinators and clinical staff across three sites.
• Executes performance reviews and staff development under the Director of Nursing.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (VFC, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA) and training.
