Qualifications

• RN license (active) and advanced nursing degree.
• Minimum 3 years pediatric clinical experience and 2 years nursing leadership.
• BLS/CPR required; ANCC or Magnet certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates department strategic plan and annual goals.
• Selects, trains, and evaluates staff; fosters development and high performance.
• Manages hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions with leadership.
• Develops department budget recommendations and monitors expenditures.
• Leads daily operations and ensures policy/regulatory compliance.
