Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification for Illinois RN.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Charge Nurse and assigns patient and non-patient care.
• Maintains staffing requirements per policies and patient volume.
• Collaborates with physicians, management and other healthcare professionals to assure delivery of quality care and high patient satisfaction.
• Contributes to achieving unit goals by prioritizing duties and responsibilities.
• Assures accurate reporting of census, acuity and staffing.
