Responsibilities

• Engages in professional governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, updates care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds safety culture and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed within the service area.
