Phoenix Children's East Valley Campus seeks an experienced Clinical RN Supervisor to provide frontline clinical and operational leadership on the MOSU unit. This role focuses on staffing, patient care, quality, safety initiatives, and staff development while building a new unit and team.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of nursing leadership experience; Arizona RN license in good standing is required, with BSN preferred and PALS certification encouraged.

• Requires at least two years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Arizona RN license in good standing; BSN preferred; PALS and nursing specialty certification encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shift operations and ensure quality, family-centered care.
• Oversee staffing processes and match patient needs with staff competencies.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentor staff to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Lead performance improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical representative for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
