Memorial Hermann seeks a Clinical Informaticist to lead clinical transformation initiatives leveraging IT to improve patient care. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and frontline teams to optimize the EHR and workflows across the system.

The role requires hands-on collaboration, time studies, and change management, with onsite work in Houston and a rotating after-hours schedule. Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or informatics required.
• Epic Certification or Accreditation in Clinical Informatics preferred.
• Experience with change management and data analysis in clinical settings required.
