Job summary

Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders to design clinical information systems, leading quality improvement programs, and ensuring regulatory and quality standards alignment across the system.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or higher in informatics required.
• Epic Certification or Accreditation in Clinical Informatics preferable.
• At least three years in applied clinical informatics, change and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS transformation and improve patient care workflows.
• Collaborate with leaders to design CIS processes and content.
• Drive analytics, reporting, and data integrity across systems.
• Support CIS implementations and related infrastructure.
• Communicate with staff and leaders to promote adoption of best practices.
• Ensure safety, policy, and budget adherence in service delivery.
