Qualifications

• RN with direct patient care experience required.
• Epic certification or strong Epic optimization experience (ClinDoc preferred).
• Experience in clinical informatics, workflow optimization, and project management.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical transformation strategy using CIS technology across Memorial Hermann.
• Plan and assist CIS implementations and supporting infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to optimize clinical processes and reduce variation.
• Engage physicians, nurses, and leaders to design and implement solutions.
• Promote adoption and sustainability of CIS through multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with ISD, service lines, and facilities leadership to drive change.
• Ensure safe patient care and adherence to policies within budget and quality standards.
• Translate workflow decisions into educational materials and change management.
