Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Clinical Informaticist for the TMC/Children's Hospital, onsite in Houston, TX. You will lead clinical transformation projects, optimize EHR workflows, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and ISD teams to improve patient care.

The role requires pediatric healthcare experience, Epic/EHR expertise, and strong change management skills to design, implement, and sustain informatics-driven improvements across the CIS landscape.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Informatics also acceptable.
• Epic Certification or Accreditation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and assist in CIS implementations and supporting infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to optimize clinical processes and reduce variation.
• Engage physicians, nurses, and staff to design and implement solutions.
• Provide change management and educational materials; ensure data integrity.
