Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct patient care using Clinical Information Systems preferred.
• Epic Certification or Accreditation in Clinical Informatics preferred.
• Experience implementing large, complex information systems in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and lead clinical transformation efforts using CIS to improve patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IS leadership to design CIS and ensure adoption.
• Provide change management guidance, time studies, and end-user training.
• Assist with metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of EHR workflows.
