Qualifications

• Pharm.D. preferred for clinical informatics leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical informatics initiatives to support patient care, safety, and operational excellence.
• Design, configure, test, and evaluate health IT solutions including Epic EHR and interfaced systems.
• Act as liaison between clinical, operational, and IS departments to develop innovative solutions.
• Apply workflow analysis to document current state and prioritize gaps for improvement.
• Lead governance of assigned domains and manage end-user change communications.
• Partner with analysts and training teams to ensure robust testing and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology for better workflows and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption and evaluate system performance and impact on patient care.
