Job summary

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy seeks an experienced Area Director of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy to provide strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership across nine Colorado clinics. You will develop Clinical Directors, drive accountability, and translate priorities into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado licensure in PT, OT, or SLP (Colorado DORA-licensed).
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related therapy discipline.
• Minimum of five years of pediatric therapy experience, including at least three years in a clinical leadership or multi-site management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership across nine outpatient pediatric therapy clinics in Colorado.
• Lead Clinical Directors, drive accountability for clinic performance, and translate organizational priorities into measurable results.
• Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives and standard practices across locations.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing models, scheduling practices, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve referrals, authorizations, and revenue cycle performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee well-being across all locations.
