AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role focuses on maintaining high patient care standards, supporting clinicians, and ensuring regulatory compliance across pediatric therapy and behavioral health services.

Ideal candidates are BCBA or SLP licensed professionals with strong leadership, collaborative skills, and a track record of pediatric outpatient work in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, ABA, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification with state licensure or SLP license in practice state.
• Clinical experience with pediatric patients in outpatient or multidisciplinary settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for pediatric therapy and behavioral health services.
• Supervise clinical staff and promote consistent standards of care.
• Monitor quality, documentation, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Review workflows to improve patient care processes.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians across disciplines.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and case distribution with leadership.
• Engage families to support service delivery and care coordination.
