United and Empowered in Hampton, VA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient therapy team and provide day-to-day clinical guidance to promote accountability and quality care. Job description

This is a full-time or part-time position. The Clinical Director is not a contract role. Compensation is $77,000-$95,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, schedule, and organizational needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to the multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians while promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation, treatment planning, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on staffing, scheduling, onboarding, performance, and clinic growth.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, orientation, and retention of qualified clinical professionals.
• Ensure services meet payer requirements, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote effective communication among clinicians, families, referral sources, and organizational leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a clinical, healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a growing pediatric outpatient setting.
