Job summary

Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy is seeking an experienced Area Director of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy to lead nine Colorado clinics. You will shape strategic direction, drive clinical quality, and oversee operational and financial performance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has extensive pediatric therapy leadership, Colorado licensure, and a proven track record in improving access, utilization, and outcomes across outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Current, active Colorado licensure in PT, OT, or SLP.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related therapy discipline.
• Minimum of five years pediatric therapy experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across nine clinics.
• Develop Clinical Directors and drive clinic performance.
• Translate organizational priorities into measurable goals and initiatives.
• Improve appointment utilization, scheduling, and patient access.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Revenue Cycle, Intake, and Marketing.
