Woodlawn - Peds Clinic in Rochester, IN is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant – Peds to support physicians, prepare patients for visits, document vitals, and assist during procedures in our pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• LPN, CMA, CCMA, ABR-OE, or EMT certification is required.
• Experience in pediatric clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physician visits and documents vitals and symptoms.
• Carry out physician orders (injections, testing, wound care).
• Assist physician with treatments and procedures as directed.
• Screen incoming calls and coordinate appointments.
• Educate families on care plans and follow-up steps.
• Maintain patient room and sanitize between visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
