Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up. You will shape the location, team, culture, and patient experience with the support of Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership.

You’ll lead clinical care in your licensed discipline and drive community outreach, referral development, and boutique growth while maintaining autonomy and alignment with Ivy’s strong care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Proof of current state licensure in the respective discipline is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Help select market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Use clinical and business data to guide responsible growth.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, and payer contracting.
