Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP) to build a brand-new clinic in partnership with Ivy’s proven systems. You’ll shape location, team, culture, and patient experience while maintaining clinical excellence and equity in your practice.

You’ll lead clinical care within your licensed discipline, recruit and develop staff, foster relationships with referral partners, and collaborate across Ivy Health teams to drive responsible growth and outstanding

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in the respective state.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and care within licensed discipline.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community to grow the practice.
• Use clinical and business data to guide responsible growth.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across operations, recruiting, marketing, and finance.
