Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director to launch and grow a new outpatient pediatric clinic. You will focus on patient care for children and their families, while Ivy Rehab handles business operations, marketing, and contracts to support rapid growth.

The role offers leadership development, equity in your clinic, and a structured pathway to build a multidisciplinary team across PT, OT, or SLP services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP in respective state required.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup pediatric clinic and recruit the team.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab to determine clinic location, marketing, and operations.
• Focus on patient care and family engagement while operational aspects are supported by Ivy Rehab.
