Job summary

Ivy Pediatric Therapy in Minnesota seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up, delivering licensed care and shaping patient experience with autonomy and mentorship.

You will recruit and lead the team, develop referral networks, and collaborate with Ivy Health teams on real estate, operations, and payer contracts while growing equity in the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP.
• Pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance of the clinic team.
• Build referral relationships and community partnerships to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, and finance.
