Qualifications

• Problem-solving in a timely fashion.
• History of excellent project management.
• Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and Google Docs/Sheets; Epic EMR preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ethical in all aspects.
• Pay based on experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Being on-site at the clinic is expected; remote candidates need not apply.

Responsabilités

• Verify insurance prior to treatments.
• Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence.
• Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs.
• Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule.
• Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs.
• Collect data vital to clinic performance.
• Work with a team of therapists who put kids first.
