Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and basic computer applications.
• Experience in customer service, administrative, or front desk roles; healthcare/therapy setting preferred.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet families, staff, and visitors and manage check-in/check-out.
• Oversee front desk responsibilities, including phones and emails.
• Collect, record, and reconcile time-of-service payments (copays, self-pay, deposits).
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and supply readiness.
• Provide tours to prospective patients and families.
• Act as on-site liaison for contractors and vendors.
• Assist with medical records clerical tasks.
• Communicate the Westside Way to families and staff.
• Support clinic engagement and staff morale initiatives.
