Job summary

Milestone Therapy is seeking a Clinic Coordinator at our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic located in Homewood, IL. You will verify insurance, organize the clinic filing system, collect intake information, educate on clinic needs, and coordinate the therapy schedule to support families and therapists.

On-site role with a collaborative team that puts kids first, you’ll contribute to a culture built on respect, growth, and hands-on patient care.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving in professional, timely fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with scheduling programs and clinic software.
• On-site work in a clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance prior to treatments.
• Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence.
• Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs.
• Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule.
• Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs.
• Collect data vital to clinic performance.
• Work with a team of therapists who put kids first.
