Milestone Therapy in Homewood, IL is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic. You will support families and therapists by organizing scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing intake and clinic communications.

• History of excellent project management
• Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and complete understanding of all Google Docs, Sheets, etc. (Experience with Epic EMR preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ethical in all aspects
• Pay based on experience
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
