Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent pastoral care degree with clinical pastoral education.
• Endorsement for ministry and certification requirements (ordaining body).
• Pastoral care experience in acute care with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate spiritual care across the continuum.
• Make referrals to team members and community resources as needed.
• Conduct pastoral care rounds and visits in assigned areas; participate in rounds.
• Identify and address age-specific psychosocial and spiritual needs of pediatric patients and families.
• Lead worship or memorial services in hospital settings and provide grief support as required.
