The role includes leading worship services and memorials, and linking families with religious groups. Applicants should hold a Master of Divinity or equivalent, have clinical pastoral education, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent from ATS-accredited school.
• Four quarters of clinical pastoral education or equivalent experience.
• Endorsement/certification by religious group and COMISS-recognized body.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and spiritual care to patients, families, and staff.
• Lead worship services and memorials in the hospital.
• Coordinate care with care teams and community resources.
• Maintain timely documentation of care and referrals.
