Qualifications

• Endorsement/certification for ministry preferred.
• Pastoral care experience in pediatric/acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with families and care teams across the continuum.
• Makes referrals to community resources and team members.
• Performs pastoral care rounds and visits in clinical areas.
• Attends patient care rounds and leads worship or memorial services.
• Identifies and responds to child/family needs (developmental, cultural, spiritual).
• Documents and maintains appropriate records per standards.
