Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Manager for the Pediatric Support Center in Westerville, OH. This role leads daily operations, staffing, and performance across PSC sites to deliver timely, high-quality pediatric/acute care and maintain alignment with PCP practices.

The manager champions process improvements, partners with departments, manages budget and reporting, and travels within COPC’s service area as needed. A strong clinical leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or other relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations, clinic management or acute/ambulatory care.
• Proven experience leading teams in a clinical environment.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with ability to travel across COPC service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for Pediatric Support Centers (PSCs) across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop high-performing PSC teams, including interviewing, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, scheduling and coverage to ensure efficient patient flow and acuity alignment.
• Maintain budget, productivity metrics and collaboration with departments to meet business objectives.
• Promote safety, inclusion and continuous improvement across PSC sites.
