Shriners Children’s in Boston is seeking a part-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join its Burn Program, delivering inpatient and outpatient pediatric burn care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role spans preoperative to post-discharge care and requires collaboration with Burn Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and PICU teams to optimize outcomes for patients from birth to age 21.

The ideal candidate has MSN or DNP and board certification, with strong family-centered communication.

Qualificações

• MSN or DNP from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• ANCC/AANP certification or equivalent in pediatric specialties such as PNP or FNP.
• Current, unrestricted RN and APRN license in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric burn care across the continuum.
• Perform assessments, develop diagnoses, create treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with Burn Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, nursing staff and therapists to coordinate care.
