PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) to join our Behavioral Health Program in a pediatric primary care setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat common pediatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders within an extended primary care collaborative model.

The role requires maintaining a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly with a mix of in-person Saturdays and remote work on other days; compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Licenses in NY LMSW/LCSW/LMHC required.
• Pediatric/adolescent experience preferred.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform psychosocial assessments in line with evidence-based practices.
• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Demonstrate competence as individual, family, and group therapist.
• Maintain ongoing professional development per licensing requirements.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning timely.
• Work with patient, family, and care team to overcome barriers in treatment.
• Demonstrate cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and at least 5 daily.
