Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) to join our Behavioral Health Program in New York. This role focuses on depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders within an extended primary care collaborative model. Schedule offers two options: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm or four 10-hour days with varied start times.

Saturdays are required in person; other days may be remote. A competitive benefits package and PTO accompany a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 depending on

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensed in NY (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) with NY Medicaid Provider Number.
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments following evidence-based practices.
• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Demonstrate competency as individual, family, and group therapist.
• Document biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans promptly.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and team to overcome barriers in treatment.
• Maintain caseload of 30–35 patients weekly with at least 5 daily.
