Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with kids ages 2–12, helping them build communication and independence. You’ll be part of a compassionate, assent-based, neuroaffirming team focused on individualized care and real mentorship.

You’ll start with paid RBT training in your first month and will have opportunities for growth through structured coaching, with raises announced at six-month reviews. A meaningful, hands-on role awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (babysitting, coaching, camps, classrooms) acceptable.
• Calm, flexible and eager to learn—even in tough moments.
• Support kids through respect and empathy, not compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2–12 to build communication and independence.
• Play games to develop language and social skills.
• Track progress and take session notes for BCBA updates.
• Collaborate with team to problem-solve and adjust support.
• Maintain a flexible schedule; every day brings new needs.
